Welcome to CreatorScrib (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern how you use our platform, website, and related services (the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using CreatorScrib, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who Can Use CreatorScrib
To use CreatorScrib, you must:

Have a valid email and payment method.

Follow all applicable local laws and community standards.
You can join as a User (fan/supporter) or as a Creator (someone who posts, sells, or shares content).
Users can switch to creators anytime through their account.
2. What CreatorScrib Is
CreatorScrib is a community platform that helps creators share their work, build audiences, and earn directly from their supporters.
It’s a space for connection, creativity, and collaboration — where both creators and users can explore, shop, and grow together.
We promote freedom of expression within a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Keep your login information secure and report any unauthorized access immediately.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Terms, harm others, or misuse the platform.
4. Payments and Earnings

CreatorScrib uses secure payment systems (like Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe) for all transactions.

Users can buy products, tip creators, or pay for custom experiences.

Creators receive payouts directly, minus small service fees.
We act as a trusted bridge between users and creators — not a bank or financial institution.
5. Selling as a Creator
Creators can:

Upload and sell digital products (videos, designs, photos, presets, templates, eBooks, etc.)

Offer custom products (shoutouts, personal greetings, video messages, online sessions, etc.)
Creators must:

Own or have rights to all content they upload.

Deliver promised services or items on time.

Avoid posting illegal, harmful, or misleading material.
All products must comply with applicable laws and CreatorScrib policies.
6. Content Ownership

You always own your content.

By posting it, you grant CreatorScrib limited permission to display and promote it within the platform.

We will never sell or license your content outside CreatorScrib without your consent.
If you delete your account, your public posts may remain temporarily in backup systems before full removal.
7. Refund Policy
Payments are final, except when:

A creator fails to deliver a purchased custom order.

A product is incomplete, defective, or not as described.
Refund requests are reviewed individually by our support team.
CreatorScrib’s resolution is final after fair review.
8. Community Guidelines
We believe in creativity, respect, and integrity.
All users and creators must:

Treat others with respect and kindness.

Avoid harassment, hate, spam, or false claims.

Share original, positive, and ethical content.

Follow laws in their country and CreatorScrib’s policies.
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that disrupt the community or violate trust.
9. Platform Updates
We may add, change, or remove features to improve the experience.
We’ll notify users of significant updates through the platform or by email.
Continued use of CreatorScrib means you accept any updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
CreatorScrib connects creators and users.
We don’t control user behavior, content, or earnings.
We’re not liable for losses due to user actions, payment delays, or third-party issues.
Use the platform responsibly and at your own discretion.
11. Account Termination
You can close your account anytime.
We may suspend or remove accounts that:

Violate our Terms or local laws.

Share misleading or unsafe content.

Abuse payments or engage in fraud.
Pending payouts may be reviewed before release.
