1. Affiliate Program Plan

 

1.1 Objective

The CreatorsCrib Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals and organizations who refer creators, brands, and campaign hosts to the CreatorsCrib platform.

1.2 Eligibility

Affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have an active CreatorsCrib account

• Comply with all CreatorsCrib policies and applicable laws

CreatorsCrib reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

1.3 Commission Structure

Affiliates may earn through one or more of the following:

• Revenue Share: 15–25% of CreatorsCrib platform fees generated by referred users

• Fixed Rewards: One-time reward for verified creators or brands that launch paid campaigns

• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for high-volume or high-quality referrals

Commission duration is limited to a maximum of 12 months per referred user unless otherwise stated.

1.4 Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via unique referral links or codes

• Only the first affiliate referral is credited

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited

1.5 Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold applies

• Payouts are processed monthly or bi-weekly

• Payments are made via CreatorsCrib wallet or approved payment partners

2. Affiliate Terms & Conditions

 

2.1 Relationship

Affiliates operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

2.2 Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may promote CreatorsCrib using:

• Social media

• Blogs and websites

• Email marketing (opt-in only)

• Community outreach and events

2.3 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Create fake or duplicate accounts

• Engage in spam or misleading advertising

• Bid on CreatorsCrib brand keywords in paid ads

• Misrepresent CreatorsCrib services or guarantees

2.4 Fraud & Abuse

CreatorsCrib reserves the right to:

• Withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud

• Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts without notice

• Permanently ban abusive affiliates

2.5 Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use CreatorsCrib branding assets solely for approved promotional purposes. All intellectual property remains the property of CreatorsCrib.

2.6 Data & Privacy

Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection laws. Any misuse of user data will result in immediate termination.

2.7 Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination:

• Outstanding valid commissions may be paid

• All promotional use of CreatorsCrib branding must stop

2.8 Modification

CreatorsCrib may update these terms, commission rates, or program rules at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

CreatorsCrib shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.

2.10 Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorsCrib is registered.

By applying to or participating in the CreatorsCrib Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
